I’m a pilates professional, remedial massage practitioner and kinesiologist based in Wye River on Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.

I’m passionate about empowering my clients to independently manage their own physical and mental wellbeing.

My classes and practise incorporate teachings of breath work and meditation; skills learned over decades of pilates, yoga and functional movement.

I look forward to working with you and teaching you techniques and tools for a long and healthy life.
